Our return policy is very simple:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it, if unworn with the tag intact, to arrive within 14 calendar days of delivery at the “ship to”
address. Just repackage the item in the original box, or other secure box, with a completed Return Order Form that was included in your package and send it to us at:

Attention: Returns
We will credit your credit card for a full refund of the item’s
purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, as soon as possible after we receive your return. We recommend using either UPS or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, to ensure prompt,
traceable delivery.
All returned items that arrive 15 to 30 calendar days after delivery will be subject to a 25% or $25 restocking fee (whichever is less) per item. All sales are final 30 calendar days after delivery.
Exchanging an Item: If the item you purchased is the wrong size, please note on the Return Order Form the new size you would like to order, and return the original item. We will ship your new item to you,
providing the size is available, when we receive your return. Your original item will be credited and your exchange will be charged to your credit card.
If the size you request is not available, we will issue you a full refund for the original order on your credit card, excluding shipping and handling charges, and will send an email notifying you of the refund (we will not include credit card information in this email). Alternatively, you may return your item as described above and reorder your new size on our web site.
